Job Description:

  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Lead technical design sessions
  • Define and document technical best practices for use by the development team
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early & recommend solutions to fix.
  • Identify any application security issues and recommend solutions 

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience
  • Architect level understanding of the Salesforce platrform
  • Experience with Javascript or KendoUI is ideal
  • Background in developing in the manufacturing or financials sector using or SFDC is ideal.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 
  • Great interpersonal and English language skills to work with many different groups within Kenandy
  • Ability to be highly productive, working in close collaboration within a team, ability to multi process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven, sometimes unpredictable—but always fun and engaging environment
